Sensex down 79 points : Oil and gas stocks Drop

A benchmark index of Indian equities markets, the 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex), Friday was trading 78.75 points or 0.27 percent down as oil and gas stocks dropped. The wider 50-scrip Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) was also trading 51.30 points or 0.58 percent down at 8,844 points.
