10-yr-old opposes aquarium in letter to Union minister

 A 10-year-old Gurgaon boy has written to the Union agriculture minister, Radha Mohan Singh, against a proposal to build an aquarium in the city, questioning the wisdom of keeping exotic fish as “pets”.

“Keeping fish in tanks does not teach anybody about their true importance,” Bhujwala writes. “On the one hand we are fighting illegal wildlife trade, while on the other hand we are saying that it is fine to keep exotic fish as pets.
