On Monday, Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd (GACL) said that the company’s chairman DJ Pandian has resigned.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the company informed that Pandian, an IAS officer ‘ceases to be a director and chairman vide resignation’.
