The Election Commission of India (ECI) will address the media on the upcoming Assembly elections in Bihar at 5 pm here today.
Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Nasim Zaidi, along with other senior officials of the Election Commission had arrived in Patna yesterday to assess preparations for the upcoming polls.
