New Delhi : Home Minister Rajnath Singh has assured the Centre’s help to Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel and Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh while discussing the floods and landslides in their states.
The home ministry said it was regularly monitoring the flood situation in various parts of the country and extending necessary assistance.
About 40 lakh people in Gujarat’s 14 districts have been affected in recent floods following heavy rainfall in the last few days.
