New Delhi : A three-member delegation from the Hurriyat Conference belonging to the Syed Ali Shah Geelani faction met Pakistani envoy Abdul Basit here on Tuesday and handed over a confidential letter for Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
